What constitutes a ticket & what's included?

A support task is defined as any maintenance to your website requiring 20 minutes or less, including, but not limited to, text and image changes, new blog posts (you provide the images, content and other details), or page update. Other requests will need to be quoted as a mini project or used with a block of time. Support tasks do not roll over.

Does the Monthly Time Rollover?

Our care plans are designed to be monthly plans and as such we reserve your place in our queue and resources each month, therefore it does not rollover

What if my Site Goes Down or is Hacked?

Our website care plans are preventative care, so we do our best to prevent anything from happening. However in the event that your website has a major issue, we will communicate with the web hosting company on your behalf. We do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

How do the Strategy Sessions Work?

Email is our preferred form of communication and provides the quickest response. However, we know brainstorming and strategy work best on a video call (Zoom or Skype). These (additional) calls are reserved for our “The Best of The Best” care clients. These calls help websites achieve their goals and reach a broader audience. Many times clients use this time for online screen-share small updates or training.

What if I Need More Support Time or a Larger Project?

If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for the time exceeded at our current support rate of $125/hour. You also have the opportunity to purchase ‘pre-paid blocks’ that can be used as needed (using your discount!).

Yes, Absolutely. Request a cancellation via email and we will immediately stop the next payment.

How Can I Qualify to be on a Care Plan, if My Site Was Not Built by Virtual Partner?

Although these plans are designed for sites that were built by us, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term partner with a professional and dedicated webmaster.

We first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. With the evaluation, we will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly care plan. Based on your type of website, this Website Evaluation is a fixed 4-hour fee.
